Reservation and Payment

1. Upon booking, clients will receive an invoice and must pay 50% of the total trip cost to confirm their reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time will be partially refunded, subject to our discretion.
In case of visa refusal, the client will be refunded the 50% deposit paid.
For urgent matters, including medical reasons, cancellations may be fully refunded upon provision of a valid certificate or documentation.
